Behaviour Mentor

Permanent Contract

Monday to Friday 10 am until 4 pm with a 30-minute lunch break

27.5 hours per week - 39 weeks per year

Grade 8pt15 £13670 pa

Commencing: 1st April 2020

The successful candidate will:

  • Be enthusiastic, flexible and able to be proactive when leading a team.
  • Able to demonstrate their resilience to cope with the daily challenges of working with vulnerable children.
  • Have an understanding of the Social and Emotional Needs of children
  • Be able to work independently and use their initiative
  • Be confident and professional, keen to share knowledge and understanding with others, and commit to training and professional development.
  • Be able to contribute towards the tracking of children’s progress
